Sauteed Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Day 9 of my 30 Days of Clean Eating Challenge. Eating all kinds of sauteed or roasted veggies is an easy, cheap and WONDERFUL part of clean eating! The perfect meals for us are a piece of grilled or baked chicken or fish and veggies!

This Sauteed Brussel Sprouts recipe is my new favorite, favorite side dish!  Literally I cook them twice a week.

1 lb bag of frozen Brussel Sprouts

1 TBSP of coconut oil

3 cloves of garlic

1. Add oil and garlic to saute pan and cook for 1-2 mintues.

2. Add Brussel Sprouts

3. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes until brussel sprouts are no longer frozen.

4. Uncover and cook on medium heat until water is completely evaporated and garlic starts to get a little brown. Stir often to make sure they are evenly browned a little.
